How to use:
Enter the initial ownership percentages of the founder and existing investors in the "Initial Ownership" section.
Click "Add Investment" to input new investments. For each investment, enter the investment amount and the pre-money valuation.
The table below will automatically update to show the post-money valuation, new investor ownership percentages, and the effects on the founder's and existing investors' ownership.
Repeat the process for multiple investments to see cumulative effects.
